1981. SYSDAT is founded in Pisa, as a subsidiary of the SYSDAT Group in Milan.

1982-1992. The company grows and establishes itself on the market as a provider of customized IT services for middle-high sized companies.

1992. The company becomes totally independent from the SYSDAT Group, including the ownership and the management.

1993-1999. The company strengthens its presence in the market and gets its first customers in the Florence area.

1999. The company opens a new branch office in Florence.

2000-2008. The company expands outside Tuscany, getting relevant customers in Rome and Milan.

2005. The company opens a new branch office in Rome.

2008. There is hereby established the subsidiary SYSDAT INTERNATIONAL based in Lugano.

2009. Established a partnership with SAP.

Today. SYSDAT is now one of the most reliable and competitive player in the area of IT services for medium-large companies.
