Fundstore, the online platform of Ifigest Banking Group, is a leading corporation trading financial products, as well as the only firm that allows subscribing financial products with no need to hold a bank account with the intermediary, Ifigest Bank in this case.
With Fundstore you can choose through more than 140, either Italian or foreign investments funds.
Its end clients can work on their portfolio directly from the web portal logging into their private area.
Fundstore was looking for a tool which allows to track and historize all the requests and all the communication had with clients to manage in an efficient manner the interactions that every day arriving at the Customer Service office. At the same time, to manage better the communications and the marketing campaigns, it becomes essential to access and use all biographical data and interactions available on the client/prospect.
The need felt was to have one shared and centralized system with all the information related to the clients.
We implemented the Dynamics 365 CRM solution pursuing the following goals:
provide a CRM solution to take a better management of all activities done by the Customer Service
allow managing directly from the CRM e-mail arrived and delivered with the help of a template and automatic processes
to conduct targeted analysis on clients and prospects
have an integrated CRM solution with the ERP, to have data always updated.

Calamai continues: “SYSDAT.IT uses high flexibility adapting the project to a reality such as Fundstore, which is objectively peculiar both in terms of size and specificity of the operating environment. SYSDAT.IT was instrumental configuring the CRM front-end, creating and managing interfaces with the back-end legacy. Also important is the contribution needed to expand the scope of the platform through third-parties API’s that still needs to be evaluated and implemented.”
