The sales force for consumer products consists of multi-agent agents.

THE NEED

The customer according to the needs of usability, accessibility of data needed to equip agents with a tool that would allow them to:

• consult personal and commercial data of assigned customers
• enter new customer and a new destination
• insert proposed order of sale
• access information via laptop or tablet

To meet the need to provide agents with full mobility with a tool for managing orders available on tablets, we have developed a web app with the following functions:

Agents

• Personal data of agents
• Change the password of access
• View the revenue of managed customers

Customers

• List of clients assigned to the agent
• List of destinations for shipments
• Price lists associated with the specific customer
• Open-ended balance

Orders

• Create new sales order proposal and save it in draft or as confirmed order  (the order proposal can be saved in draft or confirmed for subsequent approval by the CS. )
