Once the retention periods indicated above have expired, your personal data will be destroyed, deleted or made anonymous, compatibly with the technical cancellation and backup procedures.


WHO PARTICIPATES IN THE TREATMENT?

Your personal data may be shared, when strictly necessary for the purposes indicated, with:

a) third parties to whom the Data Controller has entrusted the specific processing of personal data necessary to carry out activities strictly related to the provision of the Services;

In the event that the user believes that any of the processing violates the legislation in force on the processing of personal data, he is invited to contact us to resolve the problem. It is understood that you may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority pursuant to art. 77 of the aforementioned Regulation, even regardless of prior contact with us.

Legitimate Interest. The processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to carry out marketing related to products and/or services similar to those already purchased by the Customer.

Contract. The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject.

Legitimate Interest. Processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller or a third party in being able to communicate information relevant to the parties involved.

HOW LONG DO YOU STORE DATA FOR?

Data are processed for the newsletter service for different periods of time:

a) In the case of processing for contractual purposes and legal obligations: for the entire duration of the contract and, after termination, for a period not exceeding 10 years;

b) In the case of processing for the purpose of protecting the Controller's rights: for the entire duration of legal disputes and, in any case, for no longer than the exhaustion of the time limits for bringing legal actions

c) In the case of processing for marketing purposes subject to consent: until the consent is revoked;

d) In the case of processing for direct marketing purposes on Customers, until the objection is made or for the 24 months following the last opening of the e-mail sent.

Once the aforementioned retention periods have elapsed, your personal data will be destroyed, deleted or rendered anonymous, subject to technical deletion and backup procedures.
